Sea Star

Sea Star Children's Foundation is a Hong Kong-based charity dedicated to saving children born with congenital heart disease from under-privileged communities in Greater China.

We created a poem to convey the concept of a "circle of love". Together with animation, we visualized what the children went through, and the flow of emotions is reflected in the rhythm of the poem as well. Our goal is not to create a tear-jerker, but rather to convey the emotions in a heartfelt way. Our team also took the time to understand how the charity works and to ensure we understand the deeper meaning behind the act of "giving".
