Luther System

The case of Luther Systems, a deep process automation platform that aims to automate complicated entreprise processes to save enterprises operational cost and compliance iolations, was a project that dealt with a highly complex subject matter. The original pitch of the company would last for two hours, often ended with clients not understanding the core information that needed to be conveyed. In order to help Luther tackle this communication problem, we went through a full branding process, alongside with PR agency Freuds to develop the language of Luther--not just designing visual language, but also building from the ground up of how Luther should rework its pitches, its website and its whole sales process. Because the rebranding needed to target two types of audiences--a general business/tech audience, as well as CTOs and COOs, who would be experts on tech or on processes, we created two animations, one broader brand film to be shown at conferences and so on; and a second explainer film which went into the nuts and bolts of the technology and convey the core information. The sales process was then designed around the films, which summarise all the key components of Luther's offering so that the CEO is able to move from theory of how it works to application of how can client implement and benefit from it. Though we don't have specific expert blockchain knowledge, our broader expertise in tech and science enabled us to engage with the specific detail of how Luther utilises blockchain technology to convey a single source of truth.
